Midway & The Blacksmith


have met each other in March 2010 in Alphen a/d Rijn at a party where they had to perform because they both had won a dj contest. Six months later it was a good friend of Midway that recognized The Blacksmith at a party where both men had send a demo to, were they had a chance to win a spot in the lineup, and so it became that the two dj's started talking again and they found that Midway & the Blacksmith frequently preformed with each other at various parties and dj contests without their knowing. Because The Blacksmith won quite a few contests and had become a resident dj in the biggest club in Rotterdam it seemed Midway, who also had succes in the contests, a good idea to meet up in the studio with The Blacksmith who has been looking for a studio partner for a long time to give his musical ideas a shape. After a lot of  Saturdays spent in the studio, the boys finally had the opportunity to release their tracks. Keep an eye on these guys because this is far from being the last thing you will hear from them.
